XORSoft was established in 2013, its founders are people who worked on many different projects in an area of manufacture automation especially in car industry. Our company makes use of its peoples long-time experience gained through work in established corporations in the aforementioned sphere of business.
In this area, our chief priority is industry automation, where we operate in above mentioned automobile industry. Our partners are, among others, foreign subcontractors for worlds top manufacturing groups.

Our company focuses in software solutions in the area of automation of manufacturing processes, that being completely new solutions or optimizing of old ones.
The software is developed on the basis of technical description. Such software entails the directing of manufacturing processes, display of runtime and error messages and diagnostic functions.

Requirements
- High school or University in electrotechnics
- Knowledge of at least one system: Siemens S7, Rockwell, AllenBradley CLX, CopaData Zenon, WinCC
- Advanced knowledge of German language or English
- Flexibility, willingness to travel
- Although not needed work experience abroad is very welcome
